While the flip phone craze died off many years ago, Sony Ericsson has sought to revive it with the introduction of its new W350 music phone. The W350 makes good use of the flip by placing a number of large, dedicated music keys on the outside of the phone where they can always be easily accessed.
But even though the flip design might harken back to days long gone, the phone still has very modern proportions. A 10mm thick, nobody will confuse the new W350 for a phone from 1995, that’s for certain. On the inside, the W350 also has some new tech, such as Bluetooth stereo support, a TrackID function to identify music heard on a car stereo, and a Memory Stick Micro card slot - with a 512MB card included in the retail package.
