Samsung Electronics and Opera Software have announced an agreement that will bring Opera 
Mobile to Samsung mobile devices.
The free Opera Mobile Internet browser offers users an alternative for surfing the World Wide Web from their handsets. Opera Mobile uses what the company calls "small-screen rendering" technology that they claim allows full access to any website content from a mobile device. Opera Mobile reformats web pages to fit inside a handheld’s display which should allow users to view and navigate the page as though they were sitting at a PC.
