Our mobile guy in Hong Kong, Samuel Chan, went on a photographic mission for us last month. He spent a day roaming around Hong Kong with LG’s KU990 Viewty and Nokia’s N82 in hand. Both devices have similar specs when it comes to their auto-focus, 5 megapixel cameras, but we thought it might be interesting to see how the devices fare when pitted against each other.
We’re not going to go into a lot of detail about how this particular photo looks better than that particular photo, or how the flash on one or the other performs better, but we are going to give you an awful lot of photos to look at to help you make up your own mind. Look at the photos, consider which shots are most like the ones you would tend to shoot, and decide for yourself which, if either, of these two cameraphones will suite your personal needs.
