First off, we have to say that the subscription service is great. This is probably the main reason why many people wanted to make the switch to the Zune from the iPod. Being able to hop online and download as many songs as you want off their library is extremely freeing, in the same sense […]

So while Microsoft works to get the first million Zunes sold, here’s some thoughts at what they need to do (and should have done at launch) to get to this milestone.
Zune lacks elegance – It’s actually not bad looking device but put it next to a 30gb iPod (as every reviewer has) and it looks […]

If you’re at a party and someone looks at you and says, "Wow, we’re really having a great time," chances are you’re not really having a great time at all. Zune branded a complete, humiliating failure
November 28th, 2006 · Comments Off
A damning review of Microsoft’s new Zune media player has predicted that the player will be dead in the water within six months.
Writing in the Chicago Sun-Times reviewer Andy Ihnatko pulled no punches in his assessment of the player. He found it difficult to install and lacking compatibility with either Windows Media Player or Microsoft’s […]

Microsoft Zune Review

Ambitious but half-baked, elegantly designed but bulky, the Zune is the most promising iPod challenger yet. It boasts a bigger screen, wireless music sharing capability, an FM radio, and even a decent amount of accessories. Most important, the Zune is easy to use and easy to transfer music to, which should come as no surprise, […]
